Please download the form and submit it with a copy of your driver's license to Wayne Loving, Executive Vice President.
In the event of an injury, a form is REQUIRED to be filed with the Safety Officer. Please be sure

No games or practices shall be held when weather or field conditions are unsafe, particularly when
lightning is apparent. Umpires will resume play 15 minutes after the lightning strike.
Catchers must wear all catchers’ equipment, including the facemask, when warming up pitchers
between innings and during practice in the bullpen. Catchers must wear their facemask when taking
infield practice before a game.
Managers or coaches, at no time, should not warm up pitchers. This is a violation of Little League International rules. Umpires and board members will enforce this rule.
Batters must wear approved protective helmets during batting practice and during games. Helmets
are to be worn while warming up.
There is no “On Deck Circle” in Little League and the next batter may not take warm up swings in the dugout. He/she should not pick up a bat until he/she is ready to leave the dugout and go to the batter’s box to bate.
When using the batting cages at McLean Little Leagues games, players should not swing a bat when outside the cages.
McLean Little League strongly suggests that all players have protective face gear attached to their
helmets and urges parents to provide their children with mouth guards.
MLL softball is requiring a cage faceguard on players helmets.
Wearing a helmet is optional for adult base coaches in all levels of Little League Baseball and Softball.
